The Worlds Greatest diet

Diet plans? What’s the point?

Below is a simple Google search of the Hottest Weight Loss Products on the internet according to Analytics.  But I thought I would also include my favorites.

Here are the diets I like best:
“You can eat anything you want diet” , “Lose weight while you sleep diet” , “Don’t diet at all diet”, “Don’t spank your kids diet” , “Get cut eating burgers diet” , “Make a pig fly diet;” I think you get the point.

Diets are for everyone! Despite what “experts” say.  My mom has a diet where she eats protein shakes during the day and then a dressing soaked salad that looks like soup at night.  The calorie count must be over 2000 but she never gets fat, in fact at nearly 60 she looks as good as she did 20 years ago; Her shape hasn't changed.

It works for her, she likes it, and she says, “I’m happy with my food.”
This is the key; Ask yourself are you happy with your food?  Are you happy with yourself? Do you feel happy when you eat? And finally, do you want to change the way you feel?

I like to feel in shape, I like my jeans to be a certain size; I like my shirts and jackets to fit me in a way that is flattering.  Why? Because I like the way it makes me feel.  If I begin to get big, I feel guilt, embarrassed, and I don’t want to go out in public.

This is a totally different feeling then when I am in shape; I engage and I’m happy.  That’s it, a diet is something we all have to abide by, make yours something that brings you happiness.

If this story has left you empty its done on purpose.  In the beginning of a meal, its fun and if you don't eat the right stuff, when your done it totally sucks.
